The next American Olympics is scheduled for Summer 2028. America, and the world, will be a much different place by then. I expect that we will have an Olympics of mostly authoritarian nations, and no Democratic nations.
And there will be lots of ludicrous world records set, because they will fuck with the timings. These guys can't do anything without cheating.
I don't think the Olympics will happen at all in the United States in 2028.

lol I didn’t even think of this. Personally, I think that hosting the Olympics is a really fucking stupid thing for a city to do, so I’m just gonna sit back and laugh.
And yes, I’m American.

My cousin was an Olympic sprinter and that couldn't make me give a fuck about the Olympics. Honestly it just seems like another thing to distract families so they have something to talk about. Also, the committee is basically run by the mob. Hard pass.

I've been 1000 times, and I'm never going again.
That's my part.
Dang I live in the United States and I don't think I've been here 1000 times.
Born and raised 30 minutes from Buffalo, for 45 years, plus a 3 year stint driving airport limo, sometimes multiple times per day,
I'm a few hours away now, but I haven't crossed since 2019.
