Because we all know STEM fields aren't already white-male dominated. Making it more hostile for women and minorities will reduce the amount of people that even want to get into the field, thus reducing actual talent. Studies also show that diverse groups tend to problem-solve better than homogeneous ones as they tend to consider a wider array of possibilities and avoid groupthink.
Fuck this frail white-ego bullshit.
I think its great. Hopefully, they drown into chaos. Of course thats bullshit because i dont want those to suffer who didnt vote for the orange guy but everyone who did better eat their shit sandwich.
On one hand, I enjoy the schadenfreude of companies getting their just reward for enabling this bullshit, but in the other, I really mourn for all of those that are going to suffer from this. Our country is actively shooting itself in the foot, and blaming it on DEI.
