What is it that you think is lacking or could significantly improve? What about health insurance and workers rights?

NHS = free or subsidised treatment for most things so most people don't have or need separate health insurance

Workers rights and unions are pretty strong in most industries so while disputes may drag out sometimes it's better than going in one at a time.

Not so great. Recent changes heavily restrict the right to protest, for example.
