Generally Linux will always be the smallest userbase, it starting to shift a little, but still very small compare to the rest. However Linux currently are the loudest.

Yep I found another provider altogether. Didn’t make sense to keep paying them while waiting around to be considered an equal customer
Who did you go with?
For cloud drive / sync functionality I went with Filen. Great storage tiers and price along with Linux support by default. They also do photo backups for mobile.
