I feel like a major step in growing up is realizing your parents were making fun of you when they did that.
What's great about "mogging" is it is actually very old slang. "Mean mogging" which iirc is basically aggressive posturing with facial expressions. And it now means something else that I'm not sure about because I'm not hip with the kids.
I've only ever heard it as "mean mugging" - coming from ye olden days slang "mug" as face.
