• netflix paid a ton of money for Friends (see the laptop in the bottom right) and that was a huge deal
• free snow next to the guy in the celts jersey and sox hat is reference to boston's snowmageddon 2k15

In the middle there's water because: Aquarium broke, interstellar, water on mars and I think refugees.
