Why is USA jobs data world news?

Especially this report. I'm American and even I'm not that interested in this. If it continues, I guess maybe fed rates and inflation will drop a bit?

USA is part of the world. Not everyone on Lemmy is US-based.

there’s a sub called news and it’s full of american news

so world news is by default not american news

If the mods feel this my post doesn't fit the community, I am totally fine with them removing it. Thanks!
