There have been some titles that are left unlicensed outside Japan and the community would rely on someone/some group of people doing the fansubs for the community to understand what's going on with the show.

By "limited availability" here means the shows aren't picked by major streaming services available in English-speaking regions (mainly the US of A) such as Crunchyroll, Disney Plus/Hulu, Prime Video, Hidive and Netflix.

And what are those for this season? Here we go:

Non-shorts

  • Mashin Souzouden Wataru (Ani-One Asia only)
  • I Have a Crush at Work (Ani-One Asia, Bilibili)

Shorts

  • 0-Saiji Start Dash Monogatari

NOTE: Lockdown Zone Level X Season 2 would probably be on this list too, but it would only premiere in February.

Quite a short list, right? Fortunately, it seems like most of the shows airing this season are licensed, at least in the English-speaking countries, which is a very stark contrast to what we had last season. (as seen here: https://old.reddit.com/r/anime/comments/1hoq7yg/which\_unsubbedunlicensed\_for\_audiences\_outside/)

What would be the shows that you expect no licensors would pick for the upcoming seasons?
