Honestly, a cigar should go out if left alone and not smoked, so you could probably use the same one many times, and the smoke is pretty pungent so it probably would make the room smell good for a while! I don't think it would be wasted if you are enjoying it!

Maybe even better to burn a little bit of pipe tobacco in an incense plate or something, IMO pipe tobaccos tend to smell better and you could just burn what you want and waste less!

Otherwise there is probably some expensive male-marketed candles out there that smell like cigars and whiskey lol
