The GOP Votes to Defund the FBI

If the FBI gets scrapped as planned, that means the enforcement arm of the Govt is being reduced in strength... Will that lead to a new golden age of piracy?

I would assume as a result we'd see less website seizures, less copyright infringement prosecutions, less DMCA takedown enforcement...
