Did anybody else start pirating games as a substitute for demos? I used to love demos as a kid because they introduced me to some of my favorite games (eg. 007 from russia with love demo present in the need for speed most wanted game from 2005). Nowadays, when I'm not sure if I will like a game, or if it will run well on my system, I usually pirate them as a test before buying. Does anybody else do this when demos are unavailable? And yes, I've refunded some games before, but I heard you may lose the chance to do that if you refund too much on Steam.
