there have been way too many times I've found a super niche thing on rutracker, and absolutely nowhere else
OPS or RED.
Soulseek is good but it's a proprietary network.. 😭
This. It's probably the best platform for music sharing, but this has pushed me away from it.
Or people could make a great music torrent site that would replace the fact of having this "social" sharing platform
Those already exist, private music trackers.
They are more difficult to find than "open" sharing network

Either Soulseek (Which still manages to be my one-stop shop for this kind of thing) or forums, but you'd have to find an active forum related to that niche. For example there's Squidboard for game and anime soundtracks
If you aren't strictly concerned with having it losless you can check out yt-dlp and download straight from youtube.
