Is it just me, or does anyone else feel this way? I’m in my 40s now, and I’ve managed to collect all the consoles I’ve ever wanted: Steam Deck OLED, Asus ROG Ally, PS5, Nintendo Switch OLED, a modded Switch Lite, Quest 3, and Xbox Series S. Yet, I find myself mostly playing games on my phone.

I don’t know if it’s an age thing or just not having enough time like I used to when I was younger. I think back to when I could dive into a game over the weekend, finish it, and then move on to the next. Now, just deciding which console or game to play feels like too much.

Is life really so busy that we can’t even pick a game to play anymore? And despite owning a bunch of games across all my consoles (all bought on discount, of course), I still struggle to pick up a single one when I do have free time.

Am I alone in this, or do others feel the same way? Would love to hear your thoughts!
