Yeah, that is exactly what I'm confused about.
I watch the occasional video from them and nothing ever seemed funky, he just seems very passionate about tech.

Yup, Lunduke is a menace to FOSS. While I do think banning a dev just cuz he said Lunduke was too much
But then I remember he & his community are a net-negative to FOSS & attack & call for bankrupting projects just because it was "Woke" (In other words not Right-Wing approved)
He is an alarmist & a sensationalist, He wants others to think he's a journalist, when he's merely a Vlogger with an opinion (& bad ones mind you)
If anyone is familiar with this, why are they so salty?
We don't know what is said behind closed doors but publicly (until around 1/6/2020) Lunduke's twitter was relatively unhinged (pretty much what you would expect from a far right winger)
Sucks because I don't read the shit he writes or mess with the projects he puts out these days.
