I feel like that will become illegal pretty quickly.
Probably, can't imagine it being good for your health. But there may be a brief, highly profitable window.
So you kind of miss the obvious long term application in this scenario: buy a totally realistic dildo clone of my penis, buy a clone of my boobs etc. A step beyond meat but the more realistic application of this technology in the sex world.

And how do you keep that from deteriorating and decaying? It would be meat after all and meat has the nasty property to get really bad in very short time without a living body attached to it keeping it fresh.

Where are the infectious prions coming from if it is lab grown meat? There should be the same risks with any other lab grown meat then, because prions are not something special to only human meat.
Long as we don't lab grow brains for food we should be good on that front.
Not necessarily, most of the known prions we associate with cannibalism are neurological, but that doesn't mean there aren't any that primarily affect other parts of the body that require proteins that aren't infectiously badly folded.
I'm pretty sure cannibalism is already legal in the United States. The problem is you can't legally acquire human meat.
I don't think cannibalism is illegal in many places, the problem with it is acquiring the meat.
