Idk, I assume the tribes have their own enforcement rules/mechanisms
Complicated, but generally banishment/exclusion is a power a tribe has that states don't, and in theory state law doesn't supercede tribal on reservation land.
Who knows what this SC would do though.
I do know that SCOTUS has deferred to tribes recently. Even the far right has a couple folks who honor the treaties
