I remember that. For a couple weeks that guy was just posting pictures of him putting his dick in a skull and I think other human remains.
Oh fuck... it was based on a true story...
There were multiple people on 4chan that were abusing corpses. One guy had a female cadaver and he was uh. Not doing good things with it.
