It's not entirely in the Unreal Engine 5. They use it on top of their old engine if I understand it correctly. Probably similar to how Oblivion Remake was handled. But from the gameplay, it was not entirely smooth. On the other hand, this is still in development. If the rest of the game runs like this, it will be okay.

Source? I have read it's remade in Unreal Engine 5. Havent seen anything about it using the Blam engine. (Oblivion remake sucked too).
