No they absolutely are not, I would guess they are at best the third largest. PSL is definitely much larger and I'm guessing FRSO is too.

and the only one to have outside relations with parties in countries like yes Palestine

Also not true. PSL has tons of links with communist parties around the world, including in Palestine.
