That's still only $3600 a year. It's significant, but a pittance compared to a house. You'd need 100 coffees a day, or to not touch coffee for near on a decade to come close to house prices (area/country dependent).

There's also a good argument to be made that if you lose it, what you gain in finances you lose in productivity or quality of life. Maybe not if you're downing 100 cups a day.
