Maybe he doesn't know bombs are used specifically to kill large swaths of people.

This is not the same kind of participation as showing a little leg for the troops.

Maybe sign some food and medical aid delivery for different results. Doubt it will keep BB the moneychanger from sabotaging the supplies tho.
