I mostly use apps installed from F-Droid, so I’m not sure how I’ll use the phone, except that it’s sometimes required as a contact method.

Theres a difference, some people use desktop Linux as their main desktop OS but very few people use mobile Linux (and significantly fewer use it as their main mobile os).

I'm hoping it'll be like with the desktop ecosystem -- as the mainstream mobile OSes enshittify, more people (and developers) will be driven to use (and contribute to) the linux alt.

Yeah mobile linux cant afford splintering, if its to have any chance everyone needs to back PostmarketOS because quite frankly its the only mobile Linux distro with a future
