Well, buddy, what you are basically saying is, if the EU are putting up those crappy measles numbers without a CDC, I guess that means America is just becoming MORE LIKE YOU GUYS.

So what's your effin' problem mate? You mad at the US for becoming more like the EU, is that your angle now? Haha your logic is just.. so brilliant

The EU has "a CDC" - the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control.

You should take a break, mate. Take some deep breaths, drink some tea, pull your head out of your arse, calm down.
