Not really...?

I didn't actually spend a lot of time in Zurich but I believe we spent about $50 USD per Person at a nice sit-down place with a wonderful view and we got drinks also. Which yes I consider that expensive but I didn't surprise me because I knew what I was getting into.

It seems like I'm the only person who gets that "it is possible to find prices that high" is not the same as "is common in the vast majority of areas". I'm not going to doxx myself here but trust me we pay way more for basically everything than almost anywhere else in the US, and we don't see anything like $25 for a basic ass drink. I'm sure I could find that somewhere but given that I'm not a rich person I don't really look at the insanely high prices shit when far more affordable things are easily found basically everywhere.

Like I told another commenter, under $10 for a bloody Mary is pretty easy to find here.

This meme is not saying anything like it's the average price? It's suggesting that the aesthetic of the tater tots in the jar conjures feelings of those places you can find which are that expensive.
