Lol im not comfortable sharing my location online. But i have seen them patrolling with my own eyes. They only really do it downtown in the "problem" (ie, disadvantaged) neighborhoods

I've been all over downtown in Houston, NYC, and San Francisco. Never seen one in the wild before.

Not really. It only started this year during the summer protests and they just never stopped
