Most of the higher-end data center chips that have been the main point of investment aren't designed/supported for home use or gaming, so even then it might not be usable outside of tensor processing.
If tech history has taught me anything that if it's cheap enough somebody with enough knowledge and time and not a lot of money is going to revolutionize shit off of that
