We need to stop calling it side loading. Say it what is is android wants to stop people from installing apps

Google wants to monopolize installing programs on your phone.
There. That should make them cower in fear.
But you're installing apps when you click install on Play Store too. Sideloading refers to installing stuff outside of (the official) app store.
They are using “sideloading” to confuse the masses and give it a negative connotation
Sideloading was an established term ages ago. You can always discuss their purpose in using it but it's not like they're using differing terminology to what was already established as the norm.
