Apparently it's unwise to forget your handy 12" pry bar when shitting in China? Those TP dispensers aren't exactly Fort Knox to begin with, just try withholding it from me after I take a massive dump.
In China people carry about their own toilet paper. Many public toilets don't provide it at all.

Too loud, it should make no noise whatsoever. Bathroom noises are pissing and farts, the Dremel is too conspicuous.
