Stray cat got washed before being placed in a shelter. The context is in the video. And yes, washing can be horrifying for cats, and they should've at least tried to make it less scary. But at the end of the day, it has to be done for health reasons, just whoever recorded it is weird for being unprepared/not knowledgeable enough (to completely lock the room at least).

In their defense, if this cat was already scared shitless of showers there's not much you can do, and if they're young and smart enough it's gonna be fine (mentally). Very resilient creatures. I just hope they didn't ruin bathing for this fella.
