Who's the intended audience? Fascists that will never realize they're wrong or leftists that he is looking to inspire?
he put that stuff on his bullets for some reason and he's killed someone who he described as spreading hate. He's an angry Republican. His message to the right is that he is Antifascist and not a liberal
