Yeah idk the wsj earlier came out uncritically endorsing the document, then the nyt quoted some dude from the atf who said this info was unverified and possibly inaccurate and then Steven Crowder was subpoenaed by the atf for spreading this transgender bullets rumor. So it seems like the wsj is sort of walking it back now. They also had a full article chaos of the manhunt and all the contradictory statements from public officials. So idk the whole transgender bullets thing seems sorta iffy atm. Seems like if they were sure of it they’d be broadcasting it everywhere, not only due to the right’s desire to pin this on trans people and the left more broadly, but also because they keep broadcasting everything else, like the two suspects who they ended up releasing.
