Why only 1? I suggest a cheese crawl! Of course this map is incomplete, there are far more options but its difficult to fit them all on a single map.

I find this image deeply disappointing, because it's impossible to do a connected cheese pilgrimage. I imagine it would be possible to connect it up though — it would just involve finding cheese belonging to areas that are between the existing ones (and as you highlight, there are far more cheeses than the ones on this map)
