The admin who was responsible for paying the rent on the domain left on tense circumstances and became hard to contact. It created a real uneasy moment when current admins had to crisis plan for a migration to a new server and lose a lot of the progress on coding and what not. We escaped it all on a funny technicality. Nothing ever happens gang won the day.
