weird requirements for sure. sounds like they want an investigative journalist that also has a few years of web development under their belt which is....an odd mix to say the least.

good luck to them I guess. they're going to get either journalists or web developers applying but doubt they'll get they're magical Clark Kent that takes their glasses off and then becomes Web Developer Man.
