She has proven she cannot behave in a way that doesn't defraud, hurt, divide, extort, isolate and otherwise act in way that are contrary to what civil society can tolerate.
Everyone should be given a chance at rehabilitation.
She needs to be isolated from the population until she has proven she will not seek to harm people.
If she refuses to seek rehabilitation while incarcerated that's on her, and the consequences are to be incarcerated until she proves she's rehabilitated. IF she is found incompetent she needs round the clock treatment away from other impressionable patients.
This Woman has caused emense harm and kid gloves are a half measure and will only embolden other con artists to do the same.
