Tf does this mean?
I think they meant to type catch not cath. And the implication is that without capitalism you would not have to wake up at a particular time thus necessitating an alarm to wake you at a particular time in the morning.
I'm aware of the typo, but I'm not sold on the idea that there aren't non-capitalism reasons to wake up early. What if I have a date in the morning? Or a flight to catch?
Those are one-time events, not daily necessities for life.
The initial argument, nor even the original post, never specified which it was referring to, so "catch up to capitalism" is a bit of a lost phrase here
