I made the terms into a list and then I alphabetized it. I hate Politico. It's an actively annoying site.

it was just an item on the list that I thought was objectifying, where every other term was ok
What other term would you use when trying to refer to people who can give birth specifically?
I don't really have an answer for that, I just disliked that because it reinforces one of the classic ways people are made to feel less (both as if their value is only/primarily related to children and to be terrible to people with both fertility issues, or lifestyle choices prohibiting children).
