There's an oft forgotten third option. It's entirely possible that the poster has heard of the existence of something elusive to modern society but ironically not to Chris: A joke.
It very well may be that they were subverting the OOP's obvious intent of calling kid rock racist by humorously spinning it as if he was talking about Chris Rock instead, despite all parties knowing the original poster's intent.
yeah that's entirely possible. didn't feel like it to me but maybe i was primed to take it seriously by the reply.
