It seems there is some difference in cultural norms or opinion on cats being outside. Where I live most domestic cats on ground floor anywhere are free to go outdoors as they please…
yeah, and where i live its commonplace for parents to hold chickenpox parties for their children. cultural norms are really fucking backwards sometimes and we should really use our best judgement.
