Didn't this turn out to be a hoax in France two months ago? Did some research and there has been no toxicology reports nor charges laid so this may be another case of mass hysteria.
I don't think it's a hoax, but it could certainly be mass hysteria.
"Feeling dizzy" is pretty common at a music festival where you're probably on the edge of heat exhaustion and dehydration and maybe drinking alcohol.
As for the sharp prick, could be imagined, could be someone walking by too closely had a pin or keys poking out a bit from their bag.
Ask enough people a leading question and you can easily get people who are definitely sure they've been drugged.
