I see the videos by this guy recommended a lot, watched some of them. I can't help but wonder if what he's saying is true or if he's high on copium. What he's saying doesn't seem to fit at all with current political (in-)action all over the world.

Most of the western world is bombarded by the news media bias and fear-mongering that gets more clicks, eyes and sells more papers. Rarely are we exposed to raw data/facts which Simon Clark's videos are based on (i.e. scientific journals, academia, etc.). In summary, the world has made a lot of progress toward mitigating climate change.
