A few months ago I tried setting up one using a chrome book running Linux mint and had no luck. I’m trying again on my windows PC and I still have no luck. I have read 10 guides and had no luck. I am sure I am using the correct IP, my port is correct, my firewall has the rule to allow the port. What’s going on and how do I fix it? Thanks for any help

I know I once hit a snag where I wasn't entering the complete URL to connect to. You have to put in every part of the URL, "http://", etc.
JF isn't smart enough to guess at any bits you leave out.
