LOL no! He took the front and rear storage covers off. That's it! I have a kayak just like that.
Having had a nervous Jack Russel on the tip of my kayak, I'm a little gun shy about porting dogs around but those two look to be easily trainable.
Great pic and solidly "aww", but let's not make shit up.
I have a similar one from the same company, but they seem to have gone out of business.
