Other women, mostly, is the actual answer to the title question. At least in modern times. No one hates women more than other women.

Female misogyny is misogyny and pretending it doesn't exist isn't helping anyone, so I will go fuck myself, but not because you told me to.
Im not saying women can’t be misogynistic. many are.
you’re saying women are the main perpetrators of misogyny. a lie made to blame us for our own oppression.

You're quoting me out of context. Saying “no one hates women more than other women” is not the same as saying women are the main perpetrators of misogyny. It’s pointing out that internalized misogyny exists and that sometimes, women can be harshest toward other women for stepping outside social norms, like going topless. That doesn't absolve men or society at large from responsibility.
My gf hates other women way more than me. I'm a guy.
Go to Iran and see how many of the morality police are women.
It's not always black and white. Religion rots brain of both genders.
