Ig it's memetic in the literal sense of this is the smallest possible unit of culture to convey the info. But yeah it's not really funny it's just news (good news ofc but news nonetheless).
Is the death penalty for belief really good news though?
(seeing as this is most likely "fake news", except that DPRK does not recognize Isn'trael) if the belief in question is an old-school fanatical and extremist fascism, which uses state-religion as a tool and calls for the extermination of the wrong-coloured? Yes, for such a belief I view the death penalty (in many cases) as good news. The intolerant shouldn't be tolerated.

I think it would be worth it to make some examples of Zionists, along with some corporate executives. Not necssarily death penalty to each, I mean there's no reason we can't be civilized, but we could have some. As a little treat.
