Guy is just asking for chicken carbonara with no bacon and the server keeps telling him it isn't possible.
Then this lady gets super incensed and starts going off calling everyone that disagrees with her "medigan" which is apparently a derogatory term used by Italian Americans to insult people they think have "lost touch with their Italian heritage"

This happened when my uncle from the US visited. We went to a Thai place and said, "I'd like this but not spicy." The waiter said that's not possible, and the look on my uncles face was like... You mother fucker, I'm an American consumer sir.
He then later went on a rant about how Indians don't understand customer service because of their backwards culture (the server was brown but no idea if he was from India).
