Her Senate Bill 259 would prevent retailers from ~~using artificial intelligence to~~ jack up prices using the information stored on customers’ phones.

Dipshit article author throwing in AI just because.

You don't need AI to do that and my quick scan of the actual bill revealed no mention AI.
