Maybe slut shaming is the wrong term. They're were clearly dating, and this (and other) memes imply that the dude was using his position of power to get sexual favors perpetuating the stereotype that women have no agency in matters of relationships or sex.
I mean...knowingly dating a married man is really the definition of a slut...is it that bad to shame a person who willingly defiles the sanctity of marriage?
granted this doesn't absolve the man from cheating either, but you're the one that mentioned slut shaming, soo...
We're going real off-topic here, but I think that's not the definition of slut, you might be thinking of "homewrecker" ?.
Slut is a person who has many sexual partners or is "easy" or "loose"
