Not only that, but her specific district is overwhelmingly Latino. The way the district lines are formed almost looks like it deliberately avoids the Jewish enclaves. She isn't doing this to please her constituents; she has grander political ambitions and sees this as a prerequisite to gaining favor with the party brass.

I completely agree with him on that.
