at the end of the fascist run do you fight Disco Elysium's version of sans?

The fascist run punishes you throughout. It’s actually more difficult because choosing fascist options regularly embarrasses you and damages your health and morale. The only run that has a different ending is the moralist ending where Harry is identified as the next Innocence and escorted onto an airship to be killed by the Moralintern. But even then it’s more of an implication than direct text iirc.
